If you would like to complain to us about Fragrance's compliance with the APPs, please ensure your complaint is made in writing and addressed to the Privacy Officer at the details set out above. We will do our best to remedy your concerns as quickly as possible, including by acknowledging receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and trying to resolve the complaint within 30 working days.
